Hunger Games Premiere Event

This is the Team Alice volunteer application for the Hunger Games  Premiere Event which will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at the Cinemark Theaters at Jordan Landing and Salt Lake Regional Airport (behind the theater) in West Jordan, Utah.

Being a Team Alice Member means that you commit to:

  • Work at least 2 hours the day of the event (if you cannot commit to at least 2 hours, we ask that you do not apply)
  • Wear a plain black t-shirt during your shift -OR- purchase a Team Alice shirt for $15 (a picture will be posted on the Team Alice blog along with order instructions)
  • Follow the Code of Conduct set forth below
  • Keep all plans and information confidential

Vendors for the Hunger Games Premiere Event

If you are planning on being a vendor, we cannot accept you as a volunteer for this event as it would be unfair to both you and the team. There is no way for you to do both.

Code of Conduct

As a Team Alice volunteer, you agree to represent TwilightMoms and Events By Alice in a civilized, ethical and moral manner especially, but not only, when you wear a TwilightMoms or Team Alice t-shirt. When passing out fliers or information on the event, and during the event hours please make sure that your language, dress and manner of speech are above reproach. We also ask that you show respect to the other Twilight fans and recognize that being on Team Alice does not entitle you to any extra privileges or special treatment (i.e. cutting lines, freebies, etc). We have built a positive reputation in our local community as well as with Summit, Stephenie Meyer and within the world wide community of Twilight fans. We trust you to protect that reputation as part of this team.

Commitment Agreement

By submitting this form you agree to the commitment required to be a Team Alice member and acknowledge that you will pay for your own $35 event ticket.

In regards to purchasing your ticket, acceptance of your application and volunteering at the event does not guarantee you a seat in the theater, therefore you will want to purchase your ticket as soon as possible.

Once we receive your application, we will reply with more information about planning and preparation get togethers.

If for some reason you find you are unable to work the event, no worries, just please tell us as soon as possible so we can fill your position.

Team Alice Facebook Group

As soon as your application is approved, you will be added to the Team Alice Facebook Group. Most updates and meetings will be posted on this group. It is our main form of communication along with emails.
