Is the Swag Bag included in the price of the Event Ticket?
There has been some confusion about whether or not a swag bag is included with your event ticket. If you purchased your ticket on or before August 27, the swag bag was include with the ticket price. After that date, we separated out the swag bag purchase and can be found HERE.
If you are unsure as to whether or not you have purchased a swag bag, please contact us at admin@eventsbyalice.com and we will verify whether or not you have a swag bag with your event ticket.
We apologize for the confusion and hope to meet your needs as a guest of this event. The swag bag is a very unique package and we know you will be happy with it!
The t-shirts in the swag bag are unisex and run a little big. If you have ordered a swag bag and would like to change the shirt size you requested, please email us at retail@eventsbyalice.com
Book Hooks, Event Shirts and Wristbands Available for Mail Order
Not able to attend The New Moon Experience in Salt Lake City but you still want some of the goodies? We have some good news for you!
Due to high demand for our exclusive New Moon Experience merchandise, they are now available for order even if you won’t be attending the event.
The event shirts are custom designed by Del Sol and change color in the sun. The charmed book hooks are hand made by our very own TwilightMOMS. They won’t be available anywhere else. You can order them here.
All proceeds from our New Moon wristbands will go to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. They come in seven different designs. See them all and order here.
All orders will be mailed after the event but will arrive before Christmas.

Endless Day Available at WalMart
Attention Mitch Hansen Band Fans! Their latest CD, “Endless Day”, is now available at WalMart. If you live in Idaho, Utah, Oregon or Washington you can now pick up a copy at a store near you. Call first to make sure they have them in stock then head over and grab one!
Twilight Wristbands now available for pre-order!
We are going to be selling Twilight inspired wristbands at the New Moon Experience as one of our fundraisers for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. We are currently taking pre-orders for the wristbands to help you avoid long lines and to assure that we have the ones you want in stock. The wristbands will be available for pickup at the event on November 19th & 20th or they will be mailed to you after the event.

The New Moon Experience T-shirt
We are thrilled to finally be able to reveal the design of The New Moon Experience event t-shirts. These t-shirts have be designed just for this event by the amazing folks at Del Sol. The beauty of Del Sol products is that they change color in the sunlight. (Sound familiar? 
)

Schedule your appointment with the Volturi!
The Volturi…ummm… I mean the American Red Cross will be holding a blood drive at The New Moon Experience on Thursday November 19th. There are a limited number of slots, so schedule your appointment now! All donors will receive a special gift from The New Moon Experience – the La Tua Cantante wristband.

To be eligible to donate you must be healthy, at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and many not have donated whole blood in the past 56 days or a double red cell donation in the last 112 days. You may not give blood if you have received a Red Cross notification asking you not to do so. Donors must provide ID prior to donating.
Swag Bag item: Handmade Book Hooks
One of the amazing items that you will find in your Swag Bag is an exclusive handmade TwilightMOMS Book Hook.
The book hook has a russet wolf charm, a motorcycle charm, several event specific charms and a bottle of First Beach Sand. There will also be a surprise charm not shown in this picture. This particular book hook will not be available for sale anywhere, it can only be found in The New Moon Experience Swag Bag. Each book hook is hand assembled.
After seeing (and experiencing) the work that goes into these book hooks I can state without a doubt that these book hooks alone are worth the price of a swag bag. You can order your swag bag here.
