We are no longer taking pre-orders for the Alex’s Lemonade Stand foundation fundraiser wristbands.

If you have already placed your order, you may pick it up at the event. If you are not attending, your order will be shipped after the event in time for Christmas delivery.

If you have not ordered your wristbands yet, you will be able to purchase them at our ALSF lemonade stand inside the event. Hurry because supplies are limited!

We will have a TwilightMOMS store at our event this week. It will showcase all the many wonderful creations from our very talented TwilightMOMS. There will be everything from jewelry to aprons and bags to purchase.

If you plan to make a purchase in our TwilightMOMS store, we will accept Visa, Mastercard and cash. We will not be accepting checks or bills over $20. If you plan to make a purchase by credit card, we will be required to obtain all billing information including your address, at the time of the sale. All sales will be final.

We now have the actual show time for Theater Bella – the Friday evening showing of Twilight Saga: New Moon in conjunction with The New Moon Experience. Show time will be at 7:00pm.

You have from now until Saturday at midnight to enter the contest.  However, we will be drawing for a winner every day.  Thursday’s winners will be announced Friday at 10am.  Friday’s winners will be announced Saturday at 10am.  Saturday’s winners will be announced on Sunday at 10am.  The best part?  Your entries roll over into the next day! YAY!  So, if you didn’t win the Thursday giveaway, you can still win Friday’s or Saturday’s.  The more times you enter the better chance you have of winning!

Here is how to enter:

1. Subscribe to get “Events By Alice” email updates. To subscribe, just enter in your email address in the subscription box on the right hand side of the page.  When we’re done with the New Moon Experience, we’ll start working on our event for Eclipse in June.  That’s right, you heard me…JUNE! You will definitely want to be on our email list for exclusive invites and ticket sales for the midnight showing of the third movie!  That’s a must for any true Twilight Fan!
2. Subscribe to Freebies2Deals email updates. Melea, over at www.Freebies2deals.com, has an amazing site!  And just like the name suggests, she posts tons of freebies and deals that she finds.  She does all of the work for you!  She tells you which stores to go to, what to buy at each store and even includes a link to print out coupons to use. This week, she bought $39 worth of groceries and paid $4.00 out of pocket.  She even got a $10 rebate back!  She posted all of that on her site so you can do it too! To subscribe, go to www.freebies2deals.com.  Then, enter in your email address in the box at the top right-hand side of the page.
3. Get a friend to subscribe. if you are already subscribed just get a friend to subscribe to the email feed that hasn’t already done so and you will get one entry.  You can do that for as many friends as you would like to get additional entries per friend.  Once your friend(s) have subscribed, comment to the Twilight Giveaway post on the Freebies2Deals website and leave your email address and the email addresses of the people you referred. (We will be checking each referral email to make sure they signed up, so don’t cheat.) I’m sure you have tons of friends, girlfriends, mothers, sisters that are all obsessed with the books and weren’t able to get tickets to the sold-out midnight showing. What a great present!

The New Moon Experience will be hosting a silent auction to benefit our official charity, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. One of the items featured in our auction is a pair of custom hand painted Converse Chuck Taylors.

A Truly One of a Kind Custom Hand Painted Twilight Saga Converse Chuck Taylors!

The custom chucks on display encompass a Volturi theme.  Mag has expertly captured the darkness of the Volturi vampire clan with this design.  It takes Volturi imagery from Stephanie Meyers’ Twilight Saga book series. It features Volturi figures, the Volturi family Crest, the symbolic red vampire eye and a beautifully detailed full moon!

BUT the winner will design their own!

The Artist “AKA MAG” has painted for Twilight Stars Peter Facinelli (Carlisle Cullen) and Jackson Rathbone (Jasper Hale). Jackson’s 100 Monkeys Bandmates Ben and Jared are also getting a pair from MAG and all 3 will be wearing them on Tour!  Marty Bowen & Wyck Godfrey, producers of Twilight movies, will be wearing Punk Your Chucks designs to the New Moon Premiere.  Popular Twilight Sites are also featuring his work.  Amanda Bell, Twilight columnist for examiner.com, Chris co-founder of Twilighters.org, and Laura of the twilightlexicon.com all have a pair and LOVE THEM!

Last week some of our Team Alice members, Jenny, Jodee, and Kirsten, were on KSL Studio 5 in Salt Lake to promote our New Moon Experience. You can see our segment here. We also had two great look alikes join us! Rebecca came as Alice and Charity, in the photos, came as Bella. The idea is to get everyone excited about the Costume Contest at our event. Charity had some help from The Accessory Shop in the South Towne Center, who provided the beautiful wig. You can also enter the art contest or the T-shirt contest. Find out more here.

There has been some confusion about whether or not a swag bag is included with your event ticket.  If you purchased your ticket on or before August 27, the swag bag was include with the ticket price.  After that date, we separated out the swag bag purchase and can be found HERE.

If you are unsure as to whether or not you have purchased a swag bag, please contact us at admin@eventsbyalice.com and we will verify whether or not you have a swag bag with your event ticket.

We apologize for the confusion and hope to meet your needs as a guest of this event.  The swag bag is a very unique package and we know you will be happy with it!

The t-shirts in the swag bag are unisex and run a little big.  If you have ordered a swag bag and would like to change the shirt size you requested, please email us at retail@eventsbyalice.com
