Q: What is included with in the Ultimate Experience?

A: The Ultimate Experience includes the following:

• A two- day pass to The New Moon Experience – This gives you access to all the activities and amenities at the South Towne Expo Center.
• A ticket with a reserved seat to the movie screening at Megaplex Theatres at Jordan Commons
• A ticket to The Mitch Hansen Band Concert (Thursday, November 19th at 8:00 p.m.)
• The “Endless Day” CD by The Mitch Hansen Band

Q: How can I get a swag bag?

A: Swag bags can be ordered on the Events By Alice blog here.  The admission code will need to be entered into the “notes to seller” at check out. The admission code can be found on your Event e-ticket. Swag bags may only be purchased by The New Moon Experience guests. One swag bag per ticket.

Q: When can I see the movie?

A: There are several midnight movie showings available on Thursday night (Friday morning). There will also be one Friday evening showing.

Q: What time will the Friday evening showing be?

A: The production company and the movie theater will dictate the times for the Friday evening showing. This information will be available approximately 3 weeks before the event.  We will post more information as soon as we have it available.

Q: Can I choose my own theater seats?

A: YES! We want to ensure a smooth process for you this year, which includes each person reserving a seat in the theater of their choice. Tickets can be purchased here. Use the ‘Buy Tickets’ Button for the pass of your choice. This will allow you to choose your viewing theater. (The theaters are named after the Twilight Saga Characters to help you coordinate seats with friends). Please note the times for each showing listed. There are several midnight showings and one Friday showing available.

 Q: How do I purchase the Ultimate Package?

A: To purchase the ultimate Package select the “Buy Tickets” button for The Mitch Hansen Band Concert. Select your tickets then choose the “Select More Tickets” option. You will be redirected to the main ticketing page where you can select The New Moon Experience Two Day Event.

Q: What will the Event T-shirt look like?

A: We are really excited to be working with our sponsor Del Sol on the t-shirt design. Del Sol products change in the sun like our vampires do. You can see the t-shirt here.

Q: Can I join Team Alice?

A: Team Alice is no longer accepting volunteer applications for The New Moon Experience. We may have openings at some point in the future for other events. Please be sure to check back periodically for updates!

Q: I need help with my ticket purchase, what do I do?

A: Our Box Office is available for any questions. You can reach them via email at utboxoffice@eventsbyalice.com or by phone at (801) 707-9067.

Q: Why does the event cost so much?

A: The New Moon Experience is a 2 day event and it is a bigger venue than last year. There are a lot of perks and special activities such as Twilight inspired desserts, Alice’s salon, and video games.

Q: Do you have to buy a ticket for each day of the event?

A: Event tickets are good for both days.

Q: Do you have to attend the movie at the midnight showing, or can you save the movie ticket and use it when you like?

A: The movie tickets are purchased for a specific showing and will not be transferable. You can choose either a midnight show on Thursday or the evening showing on Friday.

Q: Will we be able to attend the event during the Mitch Hansen Band concert?

A: Yes, the event will still be open during the concert.

Q: Will Megaplex have their own New Moon midnight event?

A: Events By Alice has no connection to the Megaplex Theaters other then the rental of our specific viewing theaters.

Q: Is this more than just vendors?

A: Yes! The New Moon Experience is much more than vendors. Our guests will have a pass to a variety of activities and games, contests, prize drawings, and even a piece of Bella’s Birthday cake. Cameo Beauty College is working with us to provide five minute makeovers for all guests. We are working with Game Crazy/Hollywood Video to provide video lounges for the male contingency.  Each guest will also receive a souvenir photo as part of their paid admission.

Q: How do I reprint my tickets from Ticket Turtle?

A: Tickets are able to be reprinted from the ticket email. If you have any questions contact utboxoffice@eventsbyalice.com.

Q: I didn’t get an email for my ticket purchase, where is it?

A: Please be sure to check your Spam folder. If you have any further questions contact utboxoffice@eventsbyalice.com.

Q: Can I bring my children? Do they need a ticket? Is there an age limit in the theater?

Children 2 years old and younger are admitted free of charge. Admission for children 3 – 9 years is $5 and does not include a movie ticket or a perk card ticket.  This Child pass can only be purchased at the door and is good for one day.  Swag bags cannot be purchased with a child pass.

Infants are welcome in the theater as long as they do not disturb other guests. If possible, we recommend you choose a theater seat with easy access to an exit.
